What is Louisiana Regulation on Food Safety?: One certified manager is required per establishment, certification program requires the passing of a CFP exam.

How long is the ServSafe Class®?: Total of 8 hours, 6 hours training and 2 hours testing in the state of Louisiana.
ServSafe is a registered trademark of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, and used under license by National Restaurant Association Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Restaurant Association.
How much do the ServSafe® classes cost?: For ServSafe® $185.00 per person (unless you have 5 or more) which includes all materials needed. We require a $75.00 per person deposit at time of registration which should be at least 3 weeks prior to class. NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW.

How do I register for a class?: Send an email to us requesting a class and someone from our office will get back to you.
How do I cancel a class I registered for?: An email notification will need to be sent directly to us and you will recieve a confirmation email back. If you do not get a confirmation, please call us and we will resend the confirmation.
What is the charge to cancel?: If you cancel your reservation 2 weeks or longer prior to class, you will receive your deposit back. If reservation is cancelled within the 2 week deadline, all money's except the initial $75.00 per person deposit will be returned.
When do I need to register by?: Must be registered 2 weeks prior to class. We will try to make every arrangement to accomodate last minute and emergency bookings.
Can you do the classes at my place of business?: Yes we can do the classes at your establishment.
What kind of tests are given?: For ServSafe®: we can give online exams if your facility has computers and internet capabilities otherwise the test will be written exams. For other classes, the tests will be written exams.
